7Sages Coaching & Consulting was born from a simple belief: true transformation happens at the intersection of strategy and purpose. We exist to help leaders and organizations navigate complexity with both analytical precision and intuitive wisdom.
What sets us apart is our ability to listen to what's not being said—to understand the undercurrents that shape culture, the fears that stall progress, and the untapped potential waiting to be unlocked. We combine deep organizational expertise with an intuitive understanding of human dynamics, creating solutions that are both grounded and inspired.
For the people we work with, we become thought partners, guides, and advocates. We help professionals navigate career transitions and find aligned paths. We support leaders in expanding their impact. We partner with organizations to build systems that make learning part of the career experience—not an add-on program that pulls their workday apart.
Our work is rooted in the understanding that everyone deserves access to wise counsel—regardless of where they are in their journey. That's why we've created the Pay It Forward Initiative, offering complimentary coaching to those who might not otherwise have access to this kind of support.
About the Founder
Latasha Sukhu Cleary is a Coach and Learning & Organizational Development expert with over 16 years of in-house experience at companies ranging from large enterprises to mid-size organizations and startups. By creating 7Sages, she chose a path that would allow her to work more deeply with clients and bring her full self to the work.
Latasha's approach is rooted in more than her academic degree in Organizational Communication & Behavior combined with Cultural Anthropology. It comes from skills gained through an urban upbringing and lessons learned throughout her career by implementing real-world solutions that address root causes—not just symptoms of a problem. She prides herself on not being another academic organizational behavior theorist. Instead, she jumps in and meets clients where they are, and she can do that because she's actually been in their shoes.
As a coach, Latasha has worked with clients to grow their careers, achieve their dream jobs, and make meaningful transitions that allow them to have successful careers with higher pay and aligned purpose. As a new mother striving to give 100% at work each day, she deeply understands the challenges professionals face in creating balance. This lived experience has enriched her coaching capability, bringing empathy, wisdom, and practical insight to every engagement.
In 2018, Latasha was named #35 on The Drum's list of top 70 women of color to speak at marketing conferences. Her commitment to creating inclusive environments began at age 9 when she joined the Council for Unity in Queens, NY—a dedication that continues to inform her DEIB leadership today.
